Dearest SUKA Members and Friends,
This year, we have the unique and wonderful opportunity to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and what better way to do so than in true SUKA style? We have planned a delicious lunch in a gorgeous setting to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II with a touch of Singapore glamour.
Come dressed as ROYALTY for a chance to take home one of our best dressed prizes, along with an exciting Royal-themed quiz with even more prizes to be won, and goodie bags for all. The three course meal is truly spectacular and you can enjoy it with a complimentary glass of bubbly!

Starter:
Crispy chicken croquet, gem lettuce and caesar dressing
Main Course:
Pan seared cod fillet, lentil stew, capers and lemon dressing
Dessert:
Apple tarte tatin, apricot glaze and vanilla ice cream
