- Marinated Scottish salmon, lightly dressed leaves, quails eggs and sweet dill dressing
- Beetroot salad, tarragon and grilled goat’s cheese
- Spiced parsnip soup, parsley and curry oil
- Jamon, celeriac remoulade, rocket and sherry vinaigrette
MAIN COURSES
- Traditional roast turkey, “all the trimmings”
- Braised beef, potato purée, root vegetables, thyme jus
- Cod, sprout leaf mash, red wine butter
- Vegetable “bubble”, spinach, poached egg, French beans, hollandaise
DESSERTS
- Christmas pudding, brandy butter, rum sauce
- Chocolate tart, white chocolate shavings, raspberry sorbet
- Bramley Apple parfait, cinnamon cream, macerated dried fruits
- Selection of regional cheeses, “garnished”
