We would like to give you advance notice of the SUKA’s AGM 2020 to be held on Monday, 3 February 2020 at 7.00 pm, at Singapore High Commission, 9 Wilton Crescent, London SW1X 8SP.
Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
– President’s report
– Treasurer’s report for 2019
– Election of a new Executive Committee for 2020 and 2021 (2-year term). Please refer to your email or SUKA website (www.suka.org) for announcement of nominations and voting instructions. To summarise, voting shall be by secret ballot or show of hands determined by the majority of the members present at the AGM. Members who are unable to attend the AGM in person can vote by proxy.

Attendance is free but strictly for Life members, paid up members (Ordinary, Family and Corporate) and student members who have renewed/joined for 2020. Membership will be checked at the door. You can renew/join at: https://membermojo.co.uk/suka

Due to limited seating at the venue, bookings will close as soon as all the places are filled. Please book early.
Attendees should arrive at the Singapore High Commission between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. No admission after 6.30pm for security reasons.
Light meal will be available from 6.00 pm and the meeting will start promptly at 7.00 pm.
