The SUKA Executive Committee is calling for an EGM to be held on Monday, 1 December 2014 at 7:00 pm to be held at the Singapore High Commission, 9 Wilton Crescent, London SW1X 8SP. RSVP NOW
Registration will commence at 5:30 pm, followed by buffet dinner at 6:00 pm. The official EGM proceedings will begin at 7pm. The EGM is free to attend and only open to SUKA members.
The AGENDA is to amend paragraph 10.1 of the Constitution to read:
“Election of a new Executive Committee shall take place every 2 years” instead of at every Annual General Meeting.
