Learn to whip up some delicious Perankan cuisine with celebrity chef and finalist on the Channel 4 TV show ‘The Taste’, Guan Chua!
All participants will get a copy of the recipes to take home, and also get to enjoy the food at the end. You must be ready to get your hands dirty too!

Starter – Penang Rojak
Main – Curry Chicken Kapitan & Sambal Belacan Vegetables
*Main dish to be served with Nasi Lemak
For dessert, Guan will be providing and serving you a surprise dish… with a recipe which would remain a secret! 🙂
