Ellen’s fascination with food and with cooking was piqued by her mum, who cooked for her family every single day when Ellen was a child. From then, she knew she would eventually pursue a career within the F&B industry – “it is my calling”.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“I think the trait that has helped me tremendously as a businesswoman is tenacity. I never let people convince me about what I can or cannot achieve and I\u2019m very headstrong when I believe in something.
