Singapore Permanent Residents are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>3) the parents must sign up for a minimum of 2 terms (fully paid basis of \u00a3 500) with Hua Hsia to qualify for the subsidy. The one-time subsidy is 50 % of the first term&#8217;s fees \u00a3 250. Therefore the subsidy is fixed at \u00a3 125 per child .<\/p>\n<p>4) all applications for this subsidy must be received by SUKA before 31 December 2013.
